- No international shipping available
- Cutoff for expedited shipping (next-day/2nd-day): 10:30 AM EST on weekdays
- Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends will be processed the next business day
- Delivery times vary depending on stock availability
- Once shipped, FedEx shipping policies apply
4. Returns, Replacements and Warranties
If a tool is defective under normal use, we will replace it at no charge, provided it is returned freight prepaid for inspection.
Tools that:
- Show reasonable wear and tear
- Are misused or damaged
will not be considered defective or eligible for replacement.
5. Warranty
We offer a 100% warranty, excluding breakage or damage due to misuse or improper handling.
6. Assembly Option
Handle and girth assembly is available upon request for a $10.00 per wrench fee.
